Products
Pix-RSA sells photographic wall art and related products, including canvas prints, giclée fine-art prints and gift cards.
Product availability, formats, sizes, prices and limited-edition quantities may change from time to time.
The information displayed on each product page forms part of the product description.
Images and colour representation
Pix-RSA makes reasonable efforts to display product images and colours accurately.
Colours may appear slightly different depending on:
- The customer’s screen or device
- Screen brightness and colour settings
- The selected print material
- The printing and finishing process
- Lighting in the room where the artwork is displayed
Room mock-ups are provided to help customers visualise the artwork. They may not represent the exact physical scale of the selected print.
Customers should refer to the stated dimensions before ordering.
Limited print runs
Certain Pix-RSA artworks are offered in limited print runs.
Availability is subject to the remaining quantity at the time the order is processed. Pix-RSA may withdraw a print once its stated print run has been completed.
Prices
All prices are displayed in South African rand unless stated otherwise.
The final amount payable will be shown during checkout before payment is completed.
Pix-RSA may correct genuine pricing, technical or listing errors. Where an obvious error affects an order, Pix-RSA will contact the customer before processing the order and will provide the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected item.
Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products.
An order is accepted when Pix-RSA confirms that payment has been received and the order has been approved for processing.
Pix-RSA may decline or cancel an order where:
- Payment has not been successfully completed
- A product is no longer available
- Incorrect pricing or product information was displayed
- Fraud or unauthorised activity is reasonably suspected
- Delivery cannot reasonably be completed
- The order would result in a breach of applicable law
If Pix-RSA cancels a paid order, the amount received for the cancelled item will be refunded through an appropriate payment method.
Payment
Payment must be completed through one of the payment methods made available during checkout.
Payment processing may be handled by an independent payment gateway. Pix-RSA does not control the payment provider’s systems and may need to refer certain payment queries to that provider.
More information is available in our Payment & Security Policy.
Delivery
Delivery is governed by the Pix-RSA Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Customers must provide accurate delivery and contact information.
Any delivery date or timeframe is an estimate unless Pix-RSA expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Returns, refunds and defective products
Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are governed by the Pix-RSA Refunds & Returns Policy and applicable South African consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to remove, restrict or replace any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

All photographs, artwork, product images, written content, branding, logos and website materials remain the property of Pix-RSA or their respective rights holders.
