Pix-RSA takes care to ensure that every print is prepared, packaged and delivered as safely as possible.
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains where we deliver, how orders are processed and what to do if an order arrives damaged or does not arrive as expected.
Delivery within South Africa
Pix-RSA currently offers free standard delivery to addresses within South Africa unless a different delivery charge is clearly shown during checkout.
Delivery is made to the address supplied when the order is placed. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address, contact person and telephone number are complete and correct.
Pix-RSA cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect information supplied by the customer.
Processing and production times
Some Pix-RSA products may need to be printed, finished, stretched, framed or prepared before dispatch.
Estimated production and delivery times may vary depending on:
- The selected print format and size
- Product availability
- The printing and finishing process
- The customer’s delivery location
- Courier schedules
- Public holidays or seasonal demand
Where possible, estimated delivery information will be provided during checkout or communicated after the order has been received.
An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has already been dispatched.
Dispatch and tracking
Once an order has been handed to the courier, Pix-RSA may provide the customer with tracking information by email, SMS or another available communication method.
Tracking information may take a short period to become active after the parcel has been collected.
Customers should ensure that someone is available to receive and sign for the parcel where required.
Delivery attempts
If the courier cannot complete delivery because nobody is available, the courier may contact the customer or arrange another delivery attempt.
Additional delivery costs caused by repeated failed delivery attempts, an incorrect delivery address or a customer’s refusal to accept a valid order may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.
Remote or difficult-to-reach areas
Delivery to farms, rural locations, remote areas or locations outside standard courier routes may take longer.
Where a courier cannot deliver directly to the supplied address, Pix-RSA may contact the customer to arrange delivery to the nearest available collection point or an alternative address.
International orders
International delivery is not automatically available through the website unless specifically offered during checkout.
Customers outside South Africa should contact Pix-RSA before placing an order to confirm whether international delivery is available and to request a quotation.
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, handling charges or other local costs imposed by the destination country.
Inspecting your delivery
Please inspect the parcel as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If the parcel or artwork appears to have been damaged in transit:
- Take clear photographs of the external packaging.
- Take photographs of the damaged artwork or product.
- Keep all packaging materials.
- Contact Pix-RSA as soon as possible.
- Include your order number and a description of the damage.
Reporting visible courier damage within 48 hours helps us investigate the matter quickly. This timeframe does not remove or limit any rights that you may have under applicable South African consumer law.
Incorrect or incomplete orders
If you receive the wrong product, wrong size, wrong print format or an incomplete order, please contact Pix-RSA promptly.
Where Pix-RSA confirms that an error occurred, we will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with our Refunds & Returns Policy and applicable law.
Delays outside our control
Couriers and delivery networks may occasionally experience delays caused by severe weather, road closures, strikes, load shedding, system outages, public emergencies or other events outside Pix-RSA’s reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers and obtain updated delivery information when delays occur.
